'Hot Felon' Jeremy Meeks & new lover Topshop heiress Chloe Green hang out

Jeremy Meeks is moving forward with his new love interest, 26-year-old Topshop heiress Chloe Green.
PDA: Their meal together came after the couple had put on a passionate display poolside just hours earlier
Jeremy & Chloe were spotted out and about in West Hollywood on Friday night headed to Catch for dinner.
Just a few days ago, Jeremy filed for legal separation from his wife of 8 years.  He listed the date of separation as June 24th, 4 days before he was spotted making out with Chloe on a yacht.
