Real Madrid becomes first team to win back-to-back #ChampionsLeague titles with 4-1 win over Juventus

Real Madrid have beaten Juventus 4-1 to retain the Champions League Final at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff.
Cristiano Ronaldo was named man of the match after scoring two goals and becoming the first player to score in three finals. The win, which saw the team's Gareth Bale playing in his home country, was Real's 12th European Cup - five more than any other side. They have also become the first team to defend the title since the competition was revamped in 1992.
According to Sky Sports, Juventus conceded more goals in the one match than they did in the entire competition leading up to it.
The Italians were hampered in the closing minutes when one of their players, Juan Cuadrado, was sent off after being handed two yellow cards.
But their defeat means they have now lost their last five Champions League finals.
