News: Akinwunmi Ambode wins Lagos APC Guber primaries

Lagos State APC governorship primary election which started on Thursday ended today, Friday December 05, 2014. Mr Akin Ambode won the election having total votes of 3,735. Dr Obafemi Hamzat, the Former Commissioner for Works in the state, who came second with 1,201 votes. And Senator Ganiyu Solomon came third with 272 votes.
The returning officer states in clear terms how impressed he is with the level of maturity of delegates and contestants.
