Miley Cyrus is celebrating her 21st birthday today (Nov. 23), and she marked the occasion by tweeting a selfie.
The "Wrecking Ball" singer captioned the sultry snapshot "soooooo close to birrrrfdayyyyy time thank you @marcjacobsintl for my early bday pressie."
Miley also shared a photo of her dogs (as seen in the 1st pic) on her big day. She will spend her actual birthday rehearsing for the American Music Awards, and once the awards are done, she will throw a private birthday party at the theater of Beacher's Madhouse in Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel.
