News: Woman visiting hospital told she is dead....Oh dear!

A couple of days ago, a Saudi woman who went to hospital for an appointment at the psychiatry clinic was told she was dead when she asked for her file to see the doctor.
The unnamed woman was accompanied by her brother at the hospital in the western port of Al-Qunfudah when the nurse offered condolence to them.
“The nurse told us that my sister is dead although my sister was with me standing at the desk…my sister was shocked and did not want to come to this hospital again,” her brother said, quoted by Sabq newspaper.
The paper said the hospital management later apologized to the woman for the error after an employee mistakenly mixed her medical file with another belonging to a dead child.
