Photos: Meghan Markle & the Queen bond & enjoy their first joint public engagement

The Duchess of Sussex showed her growing bond with the Queen today as the pair carried out their first official engagements together in Cheshire, just a month after her wedding.
The Duchess flashed her stunning engagement band as she shared a joke with the Queen during their first joint engagement 
Meghan, 36, and the monarch, 92, seemed to be getting on famously, with Meghan giggling and whispering into the Queen's ear while watching a children's performance at the opening of a new bridge across the River Mersey in Widnes. The royal visitors were seen smiling and chatting to each other and to dignitaries as they watched youngsters dance to a seven-minute medley of music that included Edgar's March Pomp and Circumstance and The Beatles' Can't Buy Me Love.
