Dubai King congratulates the Queen of England on her 92nd birthday today

Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has sent a congratulatory cable to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, on her birthday.
