First PHOTOS as Kate Middleton leaves hospital with new born baby

See the new prince, our new royal!
The Duchess of Cambridge has given birth to a son, Kensington Palace confirmed today.
The 36-year-old was driven to the Lindo Wing at St Mary's Hospital in Paddington with her husband, the Duke of Cambridge, at around 6am. 
Kate looks really amazing!!!
