A Democratic Party official in Texas has apologized after he cropped out First Lady Melania Trump from a photo in which she poses with former presidents and their wives at Barbara Bush’s funeral.
The original photo, which was taken by a spokesperson for former President George H.W. Bush, went viral on Sunday. It shows Bush; his son, former President George W. Bush; former first lady Laura Bush; former President Bill Clinton; his wife, Hillary Clinton; former President Barack Obama; his wife, Michelle Obama; and Melania Trump.
