Miley- who was backed by a virtual cat while performing “Wrecking Ball” at the 2013 American Music Awards- has been known to get tattoos inspired by her favorite things. The 21-year-old also got “Rolling $tone” tatted on her feet in honor of her first Rolling Stone cover story!
