Chris Brown is in love with Karrueche and he just let the universe know it.
The 24-year-old superstar – who’s gearing up to return to rehab – took to Twitter with what looked like a random message to the world, and confessed that “Kae” has a special place in his heart. Breezy tweeted:

KAE will always be my heart. That ain't changing.

Karrueche’s stood by his side through everything – and we do mean everything – including his time in self-recovery, so it’s no wonder she’s the apple of Breezy’s eye. Could this confession have anything to do with the fact that Kae recently set the record straight and let the world know she’s single when she tweeted "Not dating anyone stop w the bs (bulls**t)".
