Katy Perry learned this the hard way when she arrived 55 minutes late to the Moschino show during Milan Fashion Week. If you have never been to a runway show, let me say this: they’re only about 20 minutes long and jam-packed with fashion editors that have a full schedule to keep, so if a show is delayed by even 10 minutes, it can cause havoc on everyone’s timetable!
Thus, we can understand the ire when K.Per strolled in nearly an hour behind schedule and then had the guts to trot around the catwalk taking pictures! Why she’d want to immortalize this unflattering look anyways?
But a source who tried to defend Katy insists that’s when she was told to arrive while another said K.Per was late because she was ”just getting around the hustle and bustle of fashion week.”
But Katy didn’t exactly brush the incident off. The source added that she seemed “upset” during the show and “shaken up” after as fans tried to take pictures with her.
The runway show marked the first collection designed by new Moschino creative director Jeremy Scott, who thanked Katy and fellow pal Rita Ora for attending his debut show.
The designer posted a snap of the trio on Instagram with the caption: "THANK YOU @katyperry & @ritaora FOR BEING THE BEST GAL PALS A BOY COULD DREAM OF I LOVE YOU BOTH SO MUCH !!! (sic)"
Both Katy and Rita were dressed in Moschino for the show.
