News: Nigeria Kicks Off Week Long Centenary Celebrations In Abuja

The Nigeria Centenary grand finale is guaranteed to be a once in a lifetime experience featuring water jets, holograms and pyrotechnics alongside the Nigeria Centenary Concert, Multimedia Show and Fireworks display to be hosted by President Goodluck Jonathan. With high security measures in place, an array of Presidents and World Leaders, as well as former Presidents/ Heads of State will journey to Nigeria’s Federal Capital Territory, Abuja for the spectacular event of the century at the Abuja National Stadium.
Also, 100 people who have contributed greatly to the nation for the past 100 years will be honored. They include Nollywood greats Olu Jacobs, Patience Ozokwor, late Herbert  Adedeji Ogunde, Kenneth Nnebue et al. The Story of Nigeria’s past 100 years will be uniquely displayed.
