After taking a year-long hiatus from the social media application, Chris Brown made the announcement he was re-activating his account for fans over the weekend. So fresh out of rehab, Breezy returned to IG straight up, posting a caption-less pic with a clean haircut and Timbs-stunting with none other than an adorable baby tiger (aka cub) on a leash. #Is that legal? I hope he won't be arrested again!
