The UAE Ministry of Energy releases new fuel prices

Fuel prices for the month of October have been released by the The UAE Ministry of Energy and drivers can expect a small increase.

UAE Minister of Energy has announced the fuel prices for the month of October. The move comes into effect from Sunday, Oct.1 2017.  
As per the announcement on Thursday, Super (98) will sell at Dhs2.12 per litre up from Dhs2.01.  Special 95 will sell at Dhs2.01 per litre, up from Dhs 1.90; and E Plus 91 has also gone up from Dhs1.83 to Dhs1.94 per litre price.
The diesel will sell at Dhs2.10 per litre across the country.
The price of Opec's basket of 14 crudes stood at US$56.07 a barrel on Wednesday, compared with $56.43 the previous day, according to Opec Secretariat calculations.
