The UAE donates $10M to #HurricaneIrma Relief

The UAE has donated US$10 million (AED36.7 million) to the United States as aid for Hurricane Irma.

The UAE ambassador to the United States, Yousef Al Otaiba confirmed the donation on Thursday, to help with recovery efforts. 
Al Otaiba said: "The people of the UAE stand with the people of Florida who have been impacted by Hurricane Irma.
"We are inspired by the spirit and determination of all Floridians during this difficult time, and are confident that the areas most impacted by Irma will recover stronger than ever."
