News: Drake under investigation by police following threat allegations

Drake was accused by an exotic dancer who claimed his people threatened her allegedly to keep their sexual tryst private.

The Houston Police Department has launched an investigation but an official document seen by TMZ only identifies the male party as a 'possible celebrity,' according to an article on Monday.

The stripper named Jhonni Blaze told police that she and Drake, 27, had sex once and he believed she was going to make it publicly known.

She alleged that Drake, real name Aubrey Drake Graham, started 'angrily' texting her and several member's of Drake's team came to her house.

Police were told that people banged on her door and threatened her life.

Police said they wanted to speak with the 'celebrity'.

Sources close to Drake told TMZ the allegations were not true.

The Canadian singer last month showed off a collection of new tattoos including ink on his right forearm that read: 'Everything happens for a reason sweet thing.’

Drake over the summer was hanging out with on-off flame Rihanna.

The singer recently wrapped up his 31-show Drake Versus Lil Wayne tour.

The tour was based on the video game Street Fighter and each concert featured Drake and Lil Wayne in a rap battle with fans using an app to choose which artist performed first.
