Born Leslie Sebastian Charles 64 years ago, the great Billy Ocean returned to Dubai and performed on Tuesday night at the Music Hall.
The  legendary singer and Grammy award winner doled out songs from his greatest hits and had the crowd yearning for more.
From Suddenly to Loverboy to When the going gets tough, the tough get going and so much more.
