In an interview she talked about what to expect from her new TV show, women in business, the concept of style and her beauty routine:

You have been off the social scene for a while, how has life been?
Life has been very busy, I have been incubating a show and it has come to fruition. I don’t know how you are supposed to do that and still be a social butterfly, if you guys think I have been working hard and the hard work is times two coupled with motherhood.
How does it feel being a mum?
It’s an amazing blessing, you watch them every day and see what God has done in your life it’s quite amazing.
There were reports that you fell out with Daily Times on the Miss Nigeria projects.
I don’t fall out with people. Were you at the press conference? Did you notice that the sponsors for this show are the same ones that sponsored Miss Nigeria? Is that normal? I don’t fall out with people, I form phenomenally good relationships. When you get into a relationship with me, it’s a catholic marriage, you can’t stop, you won’t leave it and that’s how it is. Did you notice the lineup, each one took a microphone and explained why they keep backing me. I’m not the only human being in Nigeria but really, what sponsors want is that you deliver and I deliver!
Talking about relationships, we wonder, what happened between you and Dr Soleye?
Funmi, tell me, do you have a boyfriend? What’s his name? How far with both of you? How long have you been together? Do you still have sex? I’m literally interviewing you for my late show now. You have kept quiet, what? Is it too personal? Is it your private life? That’s how I am too, am entitled to privacy.
