News: Just In: Equatorial Guinea set to replace Morocco as hosts of AFCON 2015

CAF has named Equatorial Guinea as the hosts of the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations following Morocco's withdrawal.

CAF announced today, Friday November 14, 2014 that Equatorial Guinea would host the 16-nation tournament which will take place from January 17 to February 8.
CAF's decision comes after Morocco withdrew as the host nation due to fears regarding the spread of the Ebola virus.

Equatorial Guinea won CAF's approval despite having just two stadiums, in Malabo and Bata, available to host matches.
