Michael Jackson's younger sis, Janet who is married to Arab billionaire, Wissam Al Mana now lives in Qatar.
She still looks super lovely and she's what? 48? Wowza!
Miss Jackson's makeup artist, oops, Mrs Al Mana's make up artist, Preston Meneses, shared a photo from the evening via Instagram:

She has always been beautiful but she looks like she has been under the knife for the last year! She has had quite a lot of work done.
ReplyDeleteShe has changed. She lives in a different culture now, where self-promotion and other Hollywood values are not valued. Life in the Gulf for many Americans is quite boring, because the value system is very different, regardless of the glamorous atmosphere you can get in Dubai. Sexy clothes, consumption of alcohol, and diva behavior are seen as negative characteristics in women. She must have changed all her traditional value system to adapt to that culture. Modesty and obedience to God are the qualities expected in respectful women there. I am not sure if she was aware of the value system in that culture before she got married, probably not. Unless a person interacts for many years in a new culture there is no deep understanding of the value system of the new culture. Frankly I am quite surprised by these sudden changes of Hollywood stars, from Diva to sanctity. Perhaps they feel the need to regain respect, after having shown to the world their body and having promoted success and sensuality.
