Photo: It's Lagos Horn Free Day Today....YAY!!!

What a good initiative by Lagos State! It's Lagos Horn Free Day today......Eko oni baaje o!!!
Defense de klaxonner...no horning, no honking in french!

So, how is it going so far? Is it effective? Is the noise pollution on zero level today? Oh, I forgot the sound of generators, therefore, I shall rephrase my question!
Is the noise pollution a little less today?

    I can't drive in Lagos or Nig sef without horn o cos 90percent of the drivers. Are self learned..issh was pressing the damn thing sef b4 I remember and so it continues.. loolz @ Mr Gov, try again#
