Photos & Video: Orlando Bloom punches Justin Bieber in Ibiza then Bieber did something naughty afterwards

Shortly after posting -- and then removing -- a photo of Miranda Kerr (a.k.a. Orlando Bloom's ex) on Instagram, Justin Bieber added the below image to his feed. No caption is included, leaving us to assume the image speaks for itself.

The long-simmering Justin Bieber / Orlando Bloom celebrity feud may have finally boiled over.

TMZ reports the two stars shared a heated exchange at Cipriani restaurant in Ibiza, Spain early Wednesday. And there's video to prove it.

Although the footage doesn't show any physical blows, onlookers say that's exactly what took place, with the 37-year-old Lord of the Rings star throwing a punch at Justin.

Eyewitnesses also claim a number of celebrities were on hand to catch the melee, including Diddy, Lindsay Lohan, and Paris Hilton. Justin was said to have left the restaurant immediately after the confrontation.

So what's with the bad blood? Many believe it dates back to 2012, when Justin allegedly got cozy with Orlando's ex, Miranda Kerr, while at a Victoria's Secret fashion show. On the other side of the coin, Orlando was seen out and about with Justin's ex-girlfriend, Selena Gomez, earlier this year.

Following the exchange, Justin posted a bikini shot of Bloom's ex-wife to his Instagram account (seen below) before taking it down and tweeting:
