Chris Brown and his girlfriend Karrueche Tran were spotted making their way inside the criminal court in downtown L.A. yesterday Mon.Jan.03. Chris appeared before a judge to discuss his alleged assault in Washington D.C., in which Brown is accused of having beat up an innocent bystander last October. The judge overseeing the case has dealt with Chris before. In fact, this is the same judge that ruled in the 24-year-old’s previous assault case, during which he was found guilty of hitting his then-girlfriend Rihanna.

Prosecutors in the case asked that Brown be thrown in jail immediately and requested a probation violation hearing be set. They claim “Brown’s violent behavior continues to increase in severity and frequency” and he is “an increasing danger to society,” according to TMZ.
