Marc Anthony has broken up with Chloe Green after a year of dating, according to multiple reports.
The musician, 45, and the Made in Chelsea reality star, 22, made their last public outing at the Grammy Awards on Jan. 26. Meanwhile, a source reported that the exes "were together last week."
"They've taken breaks before, but this time it seems they're over for good," a source told Life & Style.
