Drake, Tegan and Sara and Robin Thicke are among the leading nominees for the Juno Awards, the Canadian equivalent of the Grammys.
Drake and Tegan and Sara are each nominated in four categories. Drake's up for Album of the Year for Nothing Was the Same, as well as Rap Recording of the Year, Artist of the Year, and the JUNO Fan Choice Award. As for Tegan and Sara, they're up for Group of the Year, Songwriter of the Year, Single of the Year for "Closer," and Pop Album of the Year, for Heartthrob.
Robin, who has Canadian citizenship through his dad, actor Alan Thicke, is up for Artist of the Year, Pop Album for Blurred Lines, and the Fan Choice trophy. Justin Bieber is also nominated for the Fan Choice trophy.
Other top nominees include alt-rockers Arcade Fire, who are the leading nominees, with six. Michael Buble has five, and Celine Dion has four.
Artists nominated in the International Album of the Year category, which recognizes non-Canadians, include Bruno Mars, Imagine Dragons, Eminem, One Direction, and Pink.
The 43rd Annual Juno Awards will be handed out in Winnipeg on during a live broadcast on March 30.
