Oman beats the UAE to win the #GulfCup: Dubai King congratulates Oman

Oman wins the 2017 Gulf Cup after edging the UAE on penalties: 5:4 in Kuwait last night.

It was a goal-less draw at the end of 120 minutes.

2007: UAE 2009: Oman 2010: Kuwait 2013: UAE 2014: Qatar

2018: Oman 

The game was marred with an incident at the end where part of the stadium collapsed leaving 40 injured:
