An Angelina Jolie fan who was suspected of undergoing dozens of surgeries to look like her idol has hinted that she achieves the look using just 'technology and make-up'.

Sahar Tabar, 19, from Tehran, Iran, has an Instagram account filled with snaps that show her with exaggerated versions of the actress' razor-sharp cheekbones and famously plump pout. When the pictures emerged last week, it was reported that Sahar had undergone some 50 surgeries to achieve her unusual look. However the social media star has since appeared to comment on the speculation, hinting that the photos are simply the product of 'technology' and make-up.
