Her husband may be touching down in Salzburg to help reinvigorate European Union unity but it was his 64-year-old wife who commanded all the attention on day one of the couple's tour.

The couple were greeted by Austrian Chancellor Christian Kern and his wife Eveline Steinberger at the Salzburg airport ahead of the Salzburg Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Republic of Austria, the French Republic, the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic.
