Photo: O.M.G!!!! ....Is this for real?

I've posted this dude before (when he first started gauging). It looks like he gauged up! Haha! I would be a horrible friend, I'd constantly be trying to throw shit into his mouth.
If this is really real, isn't it a bit extreme? But hey, different strokes for different folks!!!
