According to TMZ, Bieber threw down roughly $75,000 inside the Miami strip joint on Martin Luther King Day!!! Wow, dude didn't just make it rain, he made it pour in Miami!! Justin flew from Colorado to Miami Beach, where he was spotted going into Mansion. A few hours later he went to King of Diamonds to attend Lil Scrappy's birthday party.
