News & Photos: Teen shot in the head at a party his family told him not to go

A 16-year-old boy, Iquan Wil was shot and killed at a Brooklyn party Saturday night, just hours after his parents reached out and told him someone was going to shoot the place up.
“They got my baby! They got my baby!” Tiana Williams wailed as she arrived at the scene where her son Iquan lay murdered in a building’s doorway.
“We told him not to go,” a grief-stricken Williams said. Family and friends are really mourning the death of this teenager. Williams' younger brother says the gunman, who has not yet been identified, was bragging on Facebook that he was going to shoot up a party his brother was attending. “We called him at 9 p.m., and said, ‘Don’t go’” Tiana said, tears streaming down her face. “He texted me (around 10 p.m.). I said, ‘Watch your surroundings. Be careful.’ He said, ‘I love you.’ I said, ‘I love you.’” Another party goer was rushed to St. John’s Hospital in critical condition, sources said.
Police are still searching for the gunman. Williams' family says they will not rest until their son's killer is brought to justice.

Police say they arrived at the scene to
