News & Photo: Rick Ross Buys Evander Holyfield’s 109-Room Mansion

Rick Ross realized that to be a proper Bawse, you ave to live like one! Rozay just bought former boxing champion Evande Holyfield's Atlanta mansion. Holyfield lost the property last year due to foreclosure.
The 45,000-square-foot mansion hit the market for $8.2 million. We’re not sure how much Ross paid himself, but the starting price at auction was $2.5 million. The mansion is massive: built in 1994, the house, which sits on 235 acres, features 109 rooms, a bowling alley, a 135-seat movie theater, an Olympic-size pool and a baseball field.
Rick Ross talked to Revolt TV about his latest purchase. It seems like it was a dream purchase for the man. He told Revolt: ”I rolled by that property for years, and I just used to look at it.”
So here’s the trouble with the crib: it’s kind of a money pit. It costs about $1 million a year to maintain the thing.
Which means, Ross, baby, you gatta be on top of your game!!!
