"American Idol" Season 9 runner-up (lost to Lee De Wyze) Crystal Bowersox recently shocked longtime fans when she tweeted a photo of herself sans the famous dreadlocks she wore for more than seven years, rocking a modest shoulder-length 'do instead.
Bowersox also released a holiday song late last year, "Coming Out for Christmas," at which time she took to Twitter to clarify that she is bisexual. "I have been bisexual for as long as I can remember," the 28-year-old said. "People are like no matter what, dreads or no dreads, whatever your orientation is, my fans are die hard and I love them for it," Bowersox added. "They take me as I am."
