Sha'Keir Duarte who was with Frank Ocean when the fight between Ocean and Chris Brown started outside a recording studio in West Hollywood last January, claims Chris Brown's bodyguard brutalized him ... and in his court documents, he itemizes his list of damages complete with price tags:
-$1,000,000 for pain, suffering and inconvenience
-$1,000,000 for emotional distress
-$1,000,000 for punitive damages
-plus, another $60K for medical expenses
Duarte now demands over $3M from Brown. Chris too has filed a counter lawsuit against him accusing Duarte of provoking the fight and attacking him with kicks and punches.
