Queen Elizabeth II posted her first Tweet while visiting the Science Museum in London. 'Posting' is the word we'll go with on this one, as expected for any Queen, the tweet was pre-written, all she had to do was press the "tweet" button!

It is a pleasure to open the Information Age exhibition today at the @ScienceMuseum and I hope people will enjoy visiting. Elizabeth R.

The British Monarchy have their own Twitter account with over 774,000 followers, they usually post formal statements about the Royal's duties. The Monarchy might change things up and have a tweet a week from the Queen considering it's already been retweeted over 20,000 times!
Soon enough Queen Elizabeth II will be instagramming her meals "#royalmeals" and complaining about working on Mondays in less than 140 characters... that's always a tough one.
Hahahaha.....
