What do you get the future King of England for his 32nd birthday? A top-of-the-line helicopter, of course!

The Duke of Cambridge celebrates his birthday today and to celebrate the special occasion the Queen has gifted her grandson the ultimate toy by leasing Prince William an Augusta A109S Grand helicopter, estimated to be worth a cool $11 million.

The extravagant gift is meant to facilitate travel for Wills and Kate as they attend official engagements. The ultimate goal is to reduce travel times between appearances, allowing the couple to spend as much time as possible at home, with their adorable 10-month-old son George.

It is unclear whether William, who is already a trained British Royal Air Force helicopter pilot, will be flying the aircraft himself.

And in keeping with her recent generous streak, the Queen has kindly allowed other members of the royal family to borrow the pricey gift.
