News: It's Official: JLo & Marc Anthony Are Now Divorced

It's been nearly three years since Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony chose to end their marriage. But as we all know, the legal system's gears can grind slowly.

Fortunately, a settlement has now been reached, making the former super-couple officially divorced.

L.A. Superior Court documents confirm not only the divorce settlement, but many of its finer points. Among them: Jennifer and Marc will share custody of their five-year-old twins Max and Emme, with Marc obtaining physical custody seven days per month.

The pair have also agreed to keep their children out of this sights of paparazzi to ensure they "are not exposed to unwanted publicity."

Although both performers are now legally free to marry others, Jennifer has stated she has cold feet about walking down the aisle a fourth time.
