Photos & Video: Deja vu at the #MissUniverse: Queen Celestine & Toyin Raji prove one thing

On Sunday when the 63rd Miss Universe pageant was held in Miami Florida and our own very queen, Queen Celestine was awarded Miss Congeniality, It took me down memory lane, exactly 20 years ago (maybe not the same month) that Toyin Raji, the Most Beautiful Girl In Nigeria at that time won the same title, Miss Congeniality at the 1995 Miss Universe pageant in Windhoek Namibia.
That same year, Miss Raji also won the Miss Personality Award at the Miss World pageant in Sun City South Africa. This is a category where the contestants nominate and vote for the friendliest contestant on camp.
It only balls down to one thing, despite all odds, Nigerians are friendly people!
