News: Muslim Malian grocery clerk who saved hostages in Paris last week to get French nationality

Lassana Bathily, the Malian grocery clerk who saved 15 hostages in a Paris kosher grocery store last week, will be awarded French nationality for his actions, Interior Ministry Bernard Cazeneuve said in a statement.
Hero Grocer to Get French Nationality

Bathily, who is Muslim, has lived in France since 2006 and applied last July for French nationality. Cazeneuve said Bathily would be awarded in a ceremony on Tuesday.
"We're brothers. It's not a question of Jews, Christians or Muslims," he told French news channel BFMTV. "We're all in the same boat, and we have to help one another to get out of this crisis."
Congratulations my brother!
