Today, Harry and Meghan visited the Nelson Mandela Centenary Exhibition at the Southbank Centre, which explores the life and times of Nelson Mandela 100 years after he was born.
During the visit, their Royal Highnesses met 92-year-old Andrew Mlangeni, who spent 26 years in prison on Robben Island, as well as Paul and Adelaide Joseph, Anti-Apartheid activists and close friends of Nelson Mandela and Winnie Mandela. The Queen met Nelson Mandela many times and this year gifted some of the letters she had exchanged with Mandela to South African President Cyril Ramaphosa.
