REVEALED: The Most Admired Women & Men In The World

America’s former first lady and philanthropist has scored the top places as the world’s most admired woman according to a new poll.

A survey conducted by YouGov is conducted every year to see which famous personality people love and look up to the most and this year, Bill Gates and Michelle Obama rose above all as the most admired man and woman.

The top 10 women also featured Oprah Winfrey and Angelina Jolie and second and third places respectively. Last year, topped the list with Michelle Obama in second place. The list had a wide range of celebs and famous icons with Queen Elizabeth II coming fourth followed by actress Emma Watson and the Nobel Prize winner Malala Youafzai.

The survey also showed that Michelle Obama’s husband, the former president of the US is the second most admired man in the world following with Jackie Chan. Bill Gates retains the title for the most admired man for the second time in a row. Other famous personalities like football stars Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi surprisingly along with Russian president Vladimir Putin are also in the top 10.

YouGov revealed that entertainers mainly dominated the female list with most the top 12 admired females being TV producers, actresses and singers whereas the men’s list contains personalities with business, political and sporting backgrounds.
