Okpala beat 18 other contestants to emerge winner.
The first runner up was Miss Earth Air, Vinna Snithers Briggs from Rivers State.
Second runner up was Miss Earth Water, Nna-Udosen Chikaodili Enobong from Akwa Ibom and third runner up was Miss Earth Fire, Ekwemozo Adobi Jane from Anambra State.
The environmental beauty pageant was held on Saturday, the 8th of September at the prestigious Presidential Hotel, Port Harcourt in Rivers State.
The Miss Earth Nigeria new beauty queen is a Dental Technician and an NCAA licensed cabin crew.
She will be flying the Nigerian flag at the Miss Earth World which will be held on the third of November in the Philippines with over 90 queens from other countries.
