No alcohol will be sold or served at the JLo, Ed Sheeran & Elton John concerts in Autism Rocks Arena, Dubai

Dubai concert venue Autism Rocks Arena is to become a dry venue, serving only soft drinks, according to a statement released by 117 Live.
Autism Rocks Arena to be permanently dry
Upcoming concerts including JLo on Friday November 18, Ed Sheeran on November 23 and Elton John on Friday December 8, and all will be affected by the decision.

“In an effort to cater to a larger audience across all age groups, Ahli Holding Group, the land owner of the Autism Rocks Arena, has made the decision to change direction and operate the Autism Rocks Arena as a dry venue for the foreseeable future. This means that upcoming concerts including Jennifer Lopez, Ed Sheeran and Elton John will not serve alcoholic beverages at the venue. 117 Live will accept and respect the decision taken by the land owners and will implement accordingly.”
All those with tickets to the three upcoming shows will be offered a complimentary Dhs50 food and beverage voucher when arriving in the arena.

Any customers who have already purchased tickets but no longer wish to attend will be offered the option of a full refund.

To contact 117 Live regarding ticketing refunds and/or food and beverage options, concertgoers are asked to email the below addresses:
Jennifer Lopez: jlo@117live.com
Ed Sheeran: edsheeran@117live.com
Elton John: eltonjohn@117live.com

As organiser 117 Live expects a high volume of private vehicles transporting passengers to and from the events, it advises attendees to utilise RTA taxi services for all concerts and allow plenty of time to arrive.
