His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai today took to his official Instagram page to felicitate with the Queen of England, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and her husband, Prince Philip on their 70th wedding anniversary.
