Photos: Jubilation in Zimbabwe as Robert Mugabe's resignation as president is announced

This is the moment dozens of Zimbabwean lawmakers throw their hands in the air in response to the resignation of dictator Robert Mugabe today. 
Zimbabwe's parliament erupted in cheers as the announcement was made that the 93-year-old President had resigned 'with immediate effect'. 
Pics shows MPs getting up onto their chairs and dancing, as others sing and clap their hands.
People danced and car horns blared on the streets of Harare at news that the era of Mugabe - who has led Zimbabwe since independence in 1980 - was finally over. 
Mugabe's resignation officially ends his 37-year rule of Zimbabwe, hours after Zimbabwe's ruling party ZANU-PF presented a motion to impeach him.
