News: Yelp! Nicki Minaj's ex-boo, Safaree Samuels is suicidal over their break up

We’ve heard Nicki’s emotional breakdown over the demise of her relationship with longtime boyfriend Safaree Samuels, but according to TMZ, Safaree’s taking the end of their 12-year relationship the hardest.

Friends of Safaree tell TMZ, “He’s become a shut-in, spends days and nights smoking weed, and has talked openly about suicide.”

Now that Nicki’s rumored to be dating Meek Mill, SB’s friends say it’s torturing him because Meek allegedly destroyed his relationship with Nicki over false claims he cheated.

In Nicki’s interview with Angie Martinez, she did say that her old relationship overlapped with her new relationship…so there could be some truth here.

Safaree’s friends say they’re scared these are more than idle threats and that they’ve urged him to see a shrink. However the psychologist he’s seeing is making things worse by giving him meds that make him more emotional.

A fan asked Safaree on Twitter if he’d been listening to Nicki’s interviews lately, but he says he hasn’t because it ‘hurts too much’.
Hopefully these two eventually find peace. Breakups are always extremely rough.
