Check out Nollywood actress, delectable Tonto Dikeh giving back to the society....to an orphanage......in the Eastern region of Ghana!!
Tonto writes: 
"TeampokoGhana is a group of students in Ghana, mostly students from Islamic universities but also constitute other students from other universities in Ghana and it also involves international students from Gambia and Nigeria.
David Kalu Brought the name "TeamPokoGhana" because we found out that most of us in the group are fans of TONTO DIKEH" so we have decided to extend our tentacles by giving back to the needy, and to extend "THE TONTO DIKEH FOUNDATION " to Ghanaians as well, so we decided to pay a visit to Jehovah Rapha children's home in the eastern region of Ghana to give donations, and not only to donate but to also show love and care, give them courage and reasons to live, we pray with God's help we can do better and become big philanthropist in the society. 
Tonto dikeh is officially launching her foundation before the end of 2014. The actress will be in Ghana second week of December to visit different charity homes and support the act of her fans in Ghana. #TeampokoGhana.
