Photos: It's getting ugly & messy between Wiz Khalifa & Amber Rose

When Amber Rose filed for divorce from husband of only one year, rapper Wiz Khalifa, she asked for full custody of their son Sebastian.

But on Friday TMZ reported the 27-year-old musician is now asking for joint custody of the one-year-old.

It was also revealed the chart topper is 'agreeable' with the prenup which could see the beauty - who once dated Kanye West - get $1m.

Lawyer Laura Wasser filed the documents that show Wiz is being asked to pay Amber spousal support. The model could get $5,000 a month. 

On Thursday evening Rose seemed to be in a good mood as she left her split worries behind to party with some rockers.

She was seen in a sleeveless leather jacket and black leggings during an appearance at Los Angeles restaurant Bossa Nova with a group of male pals - among them Nick Simmons, the 25-year-old son of Kiss rocker Gene Simmons. 

Earlier  in the day the model took the time to insist to her fans that she stayed faithful to her husband before filing for divorce from him on Tuesday.

However in clear proof the break-up has turned bitter, Amber then went on to accuse the rapper of cheating on her. 

'Please stop with the fake stories. I would never ever ever cheat on my husband in a million years I think u guys know this,' she tweeted.

Amber then added: 'Unfortunately my now ex husband can't say the same.' 

Instead of responding to the comments the Black And Yellow hit-maker instead shared a photo of himself grinning from ear to ear while cuddling his dog, along with the words: 'Smile for the day'.

He also tweeted: 'Today is a magical day for many of us. Let it be yours too.' 

The pair were married for one year before Amber suddenly filed documents in a Los Angeles court earlier this week. 

Although it seems that things are getting nasty between the two stars, Amber went on to say she wants to put the pair's 19-month old son first. 

'I'm devastated and crushed but my main focus is Sebastian,' she wrote on Twitter shortly after making accusations against Wiz. 'Thank u for all the support in this difficult time.'

Divorce papers reveal that Amber is asking for full legal and physical custody of Sebastian, allowing Wiz visitation rights. 

The couple had a prenup, which provides spousal support. Their date of separation is listed as September 22, the day before the filing.

According to TMZ, both stars believe the other to have cheated, and the website reports that Amber grew suspicious of Wiz when he would not let her join him on tour in July.

TMZ claims the musician told his wife to stay home with the baby, while he went out and made money.

Meanwhile, the website reports Wiz is accusing Amber of being unfaithful with her new manager Nick Cannon, who she has allegedly been spending time with since his split from wife Mariah Carey.

Nick denies having anything to do with the break-up, sources told TMZ.

As rumors surrounding their split continue, Nick Cannon claims he’s not the reason Amber Rose and Wiz Khalifa are getting divorced.

Nick claims he only learned about Amber’s domestic problems through her lawyers last week when he signed her on as a client. That’s when Nick says he found out her marriage was on the rocks and only then did the two share break-up stories.

Multiple sources tell TMZ … Wiz and Amber are each accusing the other of cheating.
