Hollywood actor & director Rob Reiner & wife, Michele Singer Reiner, allegedly killed by son, Nick!

3Longtime Hollywood actor and director Rob Reiner and his wife, Michele Singer Reiner, were found dead in their Los Angeles home on Sunday afternoon in what authorities are investigating as an apparent homicide, and their 32-year-old son is in custody.
Paramedics responded to a call for medical aid at the residence in the Brentwood neighborhood around 3:30 p.m. PT.

Inside, they found Reiner, 78, and his wife, 68, dead.

According to multiple reports, the couple suffered stab wounds.

According to the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department records, Nick Reiner was taken into custody late Sunday and booked into jail. He's being held on $4 million bail.
Reiner was the director of several classic Hollywood movies, including This Is Spinal Tap, A Few Good Men, When Harry Met Sally, The Princess Bride, Stand by Me and Misery. As an actor, Reiner was best known for playing Michael "Meathead" Stivic on the iconic sitcom All in the Family, alongside Archie Bunker.
Singer Reiner was a photographer and producer.

According to a police source who spoke to the Associated Press, investigators believe the couple suffered brutal stab wounds and were found with their throats slit. President Donald Trump claimed the murders of were the result of what he called ‘Trump Derangement Syndrome’ in a post on Truth Social on Monday. Trump said that Reiner, a 'once very talented movie director and comedy star,' had passed away 'reportedly due to the anger he caused others through his massive, unyielding, and incurable affliction with a mind crippling disease' known as TDS - or Trump Derangement Syndrome.
Reiner and Singer's daughter, Romy, who lives just across the street, is said to have made the harrowing discovery of her murdered parents when she arrived at their sprawling six-bedroom estate.
Romy, 28, has two brothers: Nick, 32, a screenwriter who has struggled with drug addiction and bouts of homelessness, and Jake, 34, who is a news reporter in Houston, Texas. The motive remains unclear, though the killings reportedly followed a family argument.

The couple's daughter, Romy, allegedly told police the family member 'should be a suspect' because they were 'dangerous.'
The couple allegedly had their throats slit after a heated argument with a relative turned deadly on Sunday afternoon.
